Liquity is a decentralized borrowing protocol allowing users to draw 0% interest loans against Ether used as collateral. These loans are paid out in LUSD and require a minimum collateral ratio of 110%. Additionally, a Stability Pool containing LUSD and fellow borrowers acting as guarantors of last resort secures the loans. The protocol itself is non-custodial, immutable, and governance-free. The LQTY token captures the fee revenue generated by the protocol via staking.
