BEAMX
BEAMX is a decentralized DeFi platform built on the Beam Confidential blockchain, focusing on financial privacy. It enables developers to create confidential, decentralized, and user-friendly financial applications. The platform includes tools such as Atomic Swaps, Laser Beam, and Confidential Assets, with plans to integrate DeFi features like decentralized exchanges, stablecoins, lending, and NFT tokens. BEAMX also aims to support interoperability with Ethereum and Polkadot.
BEAMX uses Smart Contracts called Beam Shaders, which are programmable with various languages compilable to WASM. These Shaders run on the Beam Virtual Machine built into all Beam nodes, allowing for distributed DeFi applications.
The governance of BEAMX is decentralized, with stakeholders having full control through the ownership of the BEAMX governance token. Voters are incentivized to participate in the governance process, and their choices, identity, and holdings remain private.
