Transactions are private by default and no personal information is stored on the blockchain. Beam Mimblewimble is unique for its superior scalability due to a compact blockchain size, its optional auditability and support for online and offline transactions, atomic swap, and hardware wallet integration. The cryptocurrency operates with no premine or ICO, and is backed by Treasury. Transactions are created securely online or offline, verified by nodes in relation to the most recent blockchain state and added to the mining pool. Mined blocks containing new transactions are then sent for verification and distribution.
