Community-Owned Fundraising Platform
Neumark is a community-owned platform that bridges the gap between venture capital and blockchain technology. The platform allows any company worldwide to launch Equity Token Offerings (ETOs), enabling anyone to invest in these offerings.
NEU Token
The NEU token, built on the ERC20 protocol, offers economic co-ownership of the platform. Token holders benefit from a success fee on each completed ETO and receive a share of all equity tokens created on the platform.
Platform Functionality
Neumark operates by deducting a platform fee from the invested amount in each successful ETO, which is then distributed to NEU token holders. This platform fee ensures that those holding the NEU token have an ongoing interest in the success of the platform.
