LockTrip is a blockchain-based travel marketplace that allows users to save up to 60% on their bookings by avoiding middlemen and cutting out commissions. It provides customers with over 2.1 million hotels and properties and more than 1,000 airlines to choose from, as well as various payment methods such as credit card, cryptocurrencies and the native LOC token. The LOC token has a deflationary model where 3% of each booking value is used to buy and burn the token. LockTrip is powered by the Hydra chain, combining the features of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Qtum chains.
