The development of this coin is supported by the community and offers miners a fair reward for their efforts. Zcash, on the other hand, is managed by the Zero Coin Inc and includes a 20% "Founder's Reward" in every block which goes towards funding the operations. The key difference provided by Zclassic is that it offers the technology of Zcash without the requirement of a founders' fee, pre-mine, or any special permissions fee.
