ROBOT Governance
ROBOT token holders play a critical role by voting on future token allocation to buyers, designers, and contributors. The token also grants access to community discussions, decision-making, and other exclusive benefits. The initial distribution of 39k ROBOT tokens went to buyers and designers of the Genesis Bomber jacket, with a fixed supply of 420k tokens.
Decentralized Governance Structure
MetaFactory operates through a unique two-entity model. A traditional LLC manages physical and financial aspects, while a decentralized DAO on-chain handles governance decisions. The LLC is designed to act in the best interest of the DAO, enabling community-driven decision-making while ensuring legal and financial compliance in the real world.
