Liquis is a liquid governance wrapper that sits on top of Bunni and Uniswap V3. It allows users to lock their veLIT tokens, which are used for voting and governance in Bunni. By doing so, Liquis offers a transferrable ERC-20 token called liqLIT in exchange for veLIT. This enables users to maintain the value of their tokens while still using them for various activities.
Liquis offers a full-stack liquidity solution for DeFi, providing enhanced capital efficiency for stakeholders of Bunni. It does this by offering boosted emissions to liquidity providers who stake their Bunni range tokens with Liquis. Additionally, Liquis earns platform fees and uses them to vote on Bunni governance, earning additional rewards.
This model has been implemented for other protocols like Curve and Balancer by Convex and Aura, respectively.
