HYCON, or Hyper-Connected Coin, is a digital asset created by the Infinity Project team in Seoul, South Korea. It utilizes a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) structure and the SPECTRE consensus algorithm, which allows it to publish multiple blocks at the same time, and resolve conflicts and double-spending issues. HYCON can achieve fast transaction rates and is not limited by network latency. It is the first phase of the Infinity Project Ecosystem and is open to be adopted by various entities, including enterprises, small businesses and individuals. The Infinity Platform, part of later phases of the ecosystem, will enable users to create customized private Infinity blockchains for increased transparency, accountability and data security.
