With this strategy, an investor acquires an asset with the intention of holding it over the long term. This strategy is also known as a buy-and-hold strategy, common in traditional finance. Users who employ this strategy are called 'hodlers.'
HODL Coin
HODL also refers to a token launched on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) in May 2021. This token incentivizes users to hold onto their tokens by providing rewards in BNB tokens, which are distributed every three days. The rewards are generated from taxes collected on transactions related to the token.
