Art Gobblers is a decentralized art factory owned by aliens. The project brings together artists, collectors, and traders in a self-sustaining ecosystem that fosters the creation and collection of unique digital art. The ecosystem revolves around Art Gobblers, animated ERC-721 NFTs that "eat" art created by artists.
Key Features
- Goo Token: An ERC20 Ethereum token produced by Art Gobblers. Goo is used to create new Blank Pages, which are necessary for artists to mint their drawings as 1/1 NFTs. The supply of Goo grows at different rates, starting at 69 per day and eventually slowing down to 10 per day. The token issuance rate is adjusted through a mechanism called Variable Rate Gobbler Dynamics Adjustment (VRGDA), ensuring a balanced ecosystem.
- Art Gobblers: Fully animated ERC-721 NFTs that "gobble" art drawn by artists using an in-game draw tool. Once an artwork is gobbled, it becomes part of the Art Gobbler's belly gallery and cannot be changed or deleted.
- Legendary Gobblers: Rare, highly sought-after Gobblers that can be obtained by burning large numbers of regular Gobblers. These Legendary Gobblers have unique characteristics and come into existence at predetermined times over the next 10 years.
- Decentralized Art Gallery: The ecosystem serves as a decentralized art gallery where artists can create unique artwork and collectors can purchase and trade these pieces.
