The Rari Governance Token (RGT) is the native token behind Rari Capital, a non-custodial DeFi robo-advisor that autonomously earns users yield. This token is used for on-chain voting and proposal processes, allowing holders to participate in governance decisions. It also serves as a means for users to generate yields on their investments. Rari Capital offers various decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, including lending, borrowing, and yield farming opportunities through its platform.
Platform Features
- Yield Aggregator: The platform provides several liquidity pools, each supporting different assets such as USDC, DAI, ETH, and others. It generates interest for users by automatically searching the highest yield from DeFi lending protocols.
- Fuse Protocol: An open interest rate protocol that allows users to lend and borrow digital assets peer-to-peer.
- Tranches: Integrated with Saffron Finance, these tranches offer users guaranteed interest rates and emissions of Saffron Finance's native token, SFI.
- Pool2: Provides extra incentives for RGT liquidity providers on decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
Community Governance
- On-Chain Governance: RGT token holders participate in voting through on-chain governance processes.
