Technical Overview
Archway leverages CosmWasm, Wasm, and Rust to provide a robust and flexible technical framework. It features the Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol (IBC), which allows native interaction between dapps and chains within the Cosmos ecosystem.
Value Capture Mechanism
The platform offers three configurable earning sources for developers:
- Smart Contract Premiums: Developers can program a fee into smart contracts, with 100% of this fee going to dapp developers.
- Inflationary Yield: Archway shares a portion of its token inflation with dapp developers.
- Gas Fee Rebates: Developers earn half of the gas fees generated by their contracts.
Development Simplified
Archway uses Wasm to support over 40 programming languages, ensuring extensive compatibility. The platform's architecture allows for multichain dapps and easy migration to an appchain using CosmWasm.
Scaling and Security
Archway ensures optimal security through a built-in minimum consensus fee. It also provides developers with a suite of tools, including Arch3.js, Archway CLI, and more, to enhance development and deployment efficiency.
