These tokens offer instant liquidity for staked ETH and can be connected to DeFi platforms to earn multiple layers of rewards.
ankrETH tokens increase in value over time as staking rewards accumulate, thereby offering a higher fair value compared to ETH. Users can trade their ankrETH tokens for the underlying staked ETH anytime. This elastic supply ensures that users have flexibility while staking their ETH.
The Ankr Liquid Staking protocol enables users to stake ETH without maintaining required infrastructure or locking assets. This setup helps address the initial issues of ETH staking, including illiquidity, immovability, and accessibility, thereby making staking more accessible and rewarding for users.
ankrETH tokens can be traded on various platforms, including Uniswap, and are backed 1:1 by the staked ETH on the Ethereum blockchain.
