It relies on smart contracts to dictate decision-making processes and consistently disclose all member activities on the blockchain, ensuring transparency.
Functionality
SW DAO functions by raising capital through the exchange of fiat for its native tokens, which represent voting power and ownership proportion across members. Should the native token increase in value, the DAO can issue future tokens at a higher worth to raise additional funds. Members also have the ability to vote on investments in various assets, such as companies, NFTs, or other tokens.
