SAV3 is an experimental, decentralized platform that operates without a CEO, servers, or a content policy, aiming to achieve a single objective: to save the world. Forked from Compound, SAV3 is governed by its users through a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), where all expenses and key decisions are voted on by SAV3 holders whenever possible. The system implements a unique mechanism, where 4% of all transfers are permanently allocated to liquidity and another 4% are distributed to liquidity providers.
