Technology
QLC Chain employs a multidimensional Block Lattice architecture and uses virtual machines (VM) to manage and support integrated Smart Contract functionality. The chain utilizes a dual consensus protocol, combining Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) and Shannon Consensus, a novel consensus developed by the QLC Chain team. This unique architecture and protocol allow for high transaction per second (TPS) rates, massive scalability, and an inherently decentralized environment for NaaS decentralized applications (dApps).

If successful, QLC Chain could revolutionize telecommunications. Users would purchase and sell connectivity from peers rather than relying on traditional monopolistic telecommunication providers.
