The Pyth Network is a decentralized oracle network providing real-time market data to financial dApps across 35+ blockchains, with over 350 low-latency price feeds across cryptocurrencies, equities, ETFs, FX pairs, and commodities. Over $75B in trading volume has been secured with the network. Notable data providers include Binance, OKX, Bybit, Wintermute, Flow Traders, Auros, QCP Capital, Cboe Global Markets, Jane Street, LMAX, Susquehanna International Group, Optiver, and IMC. The network was founded in April 2021 and the Pyth Data Association was established in 2021, with Douro Labs added in 2023. The PYTH token will be used for on-chain governance, allowing minimum quantity stakers to make proposals and vote on them.
