Hxro Network is a decentralized liquidity, risk, and margining primitive built on the Solana blockchain. It provides a framework and infrastructure for trading vanilla, exotic, and parimutuel options markets. The network is designed to provide critical infrastructure and base layer tooling for liquidity to support a wide spectrum of derivatives markets on futures, swaps, and options.

Key Components

• HXRO Token: This token powers the Hxro Network and has utility in governance, reduced transaction fee payments, volume tier-incentive rebate rewards, staking rewards, and builder rewards. HXRO token holders are eligible to stake their tokens, and 50% of fees collected from the platform will be distributed to these stakers.
• Native Protocols: The network includes several native protocols for trading and risk management:
  • SAMM (Smart Automated Market Maker): Provides on-chain liquidity to a simplified dual-outcome parimutuel market.
  • THEO Protocol: A risk-managed automated market maker that provides liquidity for vanilla and exotic options markets.
• Composability: The network allows developers to use existing software components to build and integrate new applications, making it composable.

Functionality

• Liquidity Incentives: A pool of 75M HXRO tokens (7.5% of the supply) will be used to incentivize new users and existing users based on daily gross volume transacted on the network.
• Staking and Governance: HXRO token holders can stake their tokens, and the fees collected from the platform will be distributed to stakers, node operators, and other network participants.
