Through this protocol, users can engage in long and short trading positions by locking the native token $OVL. The protocol utilizes smart contracts to mint or burn $OVL tokens based on the success of the user’s position, effectively addressing liquidity issues in legacy trading methods.

- Users obtain $OVL tokens through decentralized exchanges (DEXs) like Uniswap or Sushiswap.
- They open long or short positions by locking $OVL tokens and trading directly with the protocol.
- If the user wins, the protocol mints additional $OVL tokens as interest. If the user loses, the protocol burns the equivalent value of $OVL tokens.

- Fee: Overlay adjusts the fee from 0.075% to 0.5% as needed.
