Meter.io Staked MTRG (stMTRG) is a token that represents staked MTRG in Liquid Staking on the Meter Network. This token combines the value of the initial deposit and staking rewards. stMTRG tokens are minted when a user deposits MTRG and burned when redeemed. The price of stMTRG to MTRG is based on market demand but maintains a 1:1 peg to the staked MTRG, with daily updates to reflect earnings and rewards. Staking MTRG involves a minimum of 100 MTRG and can be done through web staking or the Meter Desktop wallet. Users can leverage both MetaMask and Ledger cold wallets. Staking rewards come from the annual network emission, distributed every 24 epochs, and can be influenced by the candidate's commission rate. Users can monitor their rewards by receiving daily messages from the Meter Validator Bot on Telegram.
