PoS Consensus and Tokenomics

MTRG plays a crucial role in the validation of transactions through HotStuff-style Proof of Stake (PoS) enablement. This ensures the network's decentralized operation and robust governance.

Centralized and Decentralized Exchanges

MTRG tokens can be traded on both centralized and decentralized exchanges. The prominent trading platforms supporting MTRG include KuCoin, Pancakeswap V3, and MEXC, with the MTRG/USDT pair on KuCoin being amongst the most active.

Governance and Validation

Meter Network

Meter is designed to scale smart contracts across heterogeneous blockchain networks. It consists of three primary components:

2. Scalability: Meter's Ethereum-compatible Layer-1/2 chain leverages the HotStuff PoS consensus mechanism.
3. Metastable Gas Currency (MTR): MTR is generated using SHA256-PoW and is pegged to 10 kWh of electricity, ensuring stability and minimizing the impact of inflation.
