GlobalBoost Coin is a cryptocurrency created by a combat wounded veteran to facilitate crowd-sourced funding and support for wounded soldiers. It is a fork of Litecoin and features a 10% pre-mine, where 50% of the pre-mined coins are allocated to be distributed to wounded soldiers on a tiered "Reach & Release" timescale with a total charitable payout exceeding $100 million. The remaining 50% of the pre-mined coins are dedicated to developing an advertising platform.
A total of 1 billion GlobalBoost coins will be minted. The blockchain produces a new block every 30 seconds with an initial block reward of 95 coins, which halves every 4 years. The coin symbol is BSTY.
