Features
DefiPlaza operates on both the Ethereum and Radix networks. On Ethereum, it offers two multi-token pools, one focused on blue chip tokens and the other on stablecoins, ensuring highly optimized trading with minimal impermanent loss. On Radix, the project utilizes its proprietary Concentration-Asymmetric Liquidity Model (CALM) algorithm to reduce the negative impact of impermanent loss on liquidity providers. This algorithm differentiates between trades that increase impermanent loss and those that reduce it, making liquidity provision more profitable.
Innovation
DefiPlaza is designed to offer the lowest possible trade costs to end users, ensuring capital efficiency and minimizing gas costs per trade. The CALM algorithm on Radix significantly outperforms traditional liquidity methods, making DeFi more sustainable. The stablecoin pool on Ethereum, StablePlaza, further minimizes impermanent loss with a 4-token setup.
