Badger DAO

Badger DAO

Badger DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that enables bitcoin to be used as collateral across decentralized finance (DeFi) applications on the Ethereum blockchain. It is the first DeFi project to focus on BTC as the main reserve asset rather than using ETH.

History and Features

Badger DAO was launched in December 2020. It operates as infrastructure for the development of DeFi applications and includes the BADGER token. Governance is community-driven, allowing BADGER token holders to propose and vote on decisions related to the platform's development and growth. The platform offers a unique combination of decentralization, community governance, and innovative technology.

  • Sett: A DeFi product launched during the early stages of Badger DAO.
  • DIGG: Another DeFi product that was part of the initial launch.

Key Functionality
