Learn Liquidity Rank

Liquidity in crypto refers to the ease at which tokens can be swapped and traded.

The rank is based on the idea that it's generally better to trade coins and tokens that have good liquidity. That way you avoid slippage, where your trade is executed at a significantly different price to the one you entered, or not executed at all.

High liquidity also helps ensure that prices remain more stable and are not subject to big fluctuations as a result of huge trades.

Our rank is calculated by analyzing several metrics, including:

  • Market Capitalization
  • Trading Volume
  • Turnover Ratio (volume/market cap)
  • Exchanges and currency pairs on trusted exchanges
  • Unique exchanges supporting the asset
