Wombex

Wombex is a yield aggregation and veToken accumulation protocol built on top of Wombat Exchange. The protocol's operations are based on the Wombat veToken model. Wombat offers two types of APY: base APY for liquidity providers without additional conditions and boosted APY dependent on the user's veWOM position.

Users can create a veWOM position by locking WOM tokens for a certain amount of time (7 days to 4 years). The duration of the lock-up determines the number of veWOM tokens received. The boosted APY is calculated based on the user's veWOM position compared to others. In general, more WOM tokens locked for a longer time lead to a greater veWOM position and consequently higher APY.

Wombex's primary purpose is to provide a WOM boost to liquidity providers as a service, allowing them to earn high APY without needing to buy and stake WOM. This protocol combines the strengths of liquidity providers and WOM token holders to offer enhanced incentives for users.
