The DAO's governance requires member approval for any transactions, with proposals needing a majority vote to be executed. Beyond wLITI as its foundational asset, the DAO has additional assets and services aimed at generating revenue. These include owning 1% of a large investment default case with a $1 billion claim and offering vetting, monitoring, and insurance services in collaboration with Athena Intelligence. Revenue will fund the DAO's endeavors and be distributed among members. Additionally, members can engage in educational courses and earn bounties for various tasks.
