Liti Capital offers a new way for investors to take advantage of the asset class of Litigation Finance by tokenizing their equity. The wLITI token is an ERC-20 token (wrapped form) that is suitable for trading on decentralized exchanges, and the LITI token (unwrapped form) is only available through liticapital.com and requires KYC. The wLITI is backed by ownership of a portion of a legal case, and can be exchanged for LITI tokens at a 5000:1 ratio. The original idea for Liti Capital was born from its three Co-Founders, Jonas Rey, Andy Christen, Jaime Delgado and Chief Investment Officer David Kay.
