Wistaverse is a decentralized platform designed to facilitate virtual protests in the metaverse. It provides a platform for individuals unable to join real-life protests, allowing them to express their opinion and rally global support for any cause. The participants can help raise funds by donating in WI$TA, Wistaverse's in-house token, and by buying avatars and other items within the system. Wistaverse intends to provide a politically neutral and safe space for these events. The first of these will take place in The Sandbox Game, with event organizers having the capability to tailor each protest based on the specific cause. Wistaverse also plans to launch its standalone metaverse app in summer 2024.
