This technology allows property owners to meet community standards and contributes to the creation of a global community, creating value for various players in the real estate market. Launched in 2021, Weset sold its first NFT, the Collection of IT Building, in December 2022, enabling NFT holders to own weeks of property usage for 30 years. In May 2023, it introduced its utility token, Wecoin ($WECO), which offers several benefits like payments, staking, rewards distribution, and governance. The trading volume of $WECO as of May 17 is approximately $10,000, with a market cap of $80,000, now up to 700k USD. In June 2023, Weset plans to launch Blockchain as a Service for greater scalability, aiming to set up a marketplace to boost liquidity.
