About Warena
Warena is a personalized play-to-earn NFT metaverse game where players can personalize their in-game characters and interact with characters from other universes. The game features action-survival gameplay in a zombie apocalypse scenario, where human and zombie teams face off against each other. Players can inhabit different lands, trade warriors and NFTs, battle each other, and participate in tournaments.
The game is divided into two phases. Phase 1 introduces a 2D tower defense game, where players must defend against a zombie army in a survival player-vs-environment game. Phase 2 will unlock player-vs-player features, bringing the full metaverse experience to players.
Warena allows for in-game DeFi activities, such as staking crypto tokens and NFT minting, creating a comprehensive virtual environment. The game's metaverse is part of the Emporia virtual ecosystem, emphasizing social interaction, play, and DeFi engagement.
