It aims to challenge the traditional financial structures and put control back in the hands of the people. The $WSM token is the ultimate expression of the internet’s triumph over capitalism, allowing ordinary people to earn profits from a “useless” memecoin. Buyers can also stake their tokens and earn passive rewards.
History
The WSM Twitter account was created in 2019, initially to make fun of the capitalist movement. The following grew rapidly, and in October 2021, the Wall Street Bulls NFT collection was released, selling out in under half an hour. In 2023, the team decided to tokenise the movement by launching the $WSM token on May 25, 2023. The presale ended on September 25, 2023, reaching the highest ICO raise in history. The token was launched on OKX and HTX exchanges on September 26, 2023.
Unique Features
Wall Street Memes is notable for having the highest ICO raise in history and the largest online community, with over half a million Instagram followers and almost 300,000 Twitter followers. The posts have even reached Elon Musk, who interacted with the WSM Twitter account.
Future Plans
Wall Street Memes aims to launch on other top exchanges in the near future. Apart from allowing people to gain from a movement that makes fun of useless assets and the capitalist movement, buyers can also earn passive rewards by staking their tokens.
