This collateral can be used to mint VAI tokens, a synthetic stablecoin pegged to $1.

The protocol includes over-collateralized loan processes where borrowers pledge collateral before borrowing. Users can earn yield rewards on the assets they supply for lending. Governance plays a significant role, with the native token XVS serving as the governance token, allowing holders to vote on various initiatives, including asset additions and contract parameters.
