Vault Hill plans to build the first extended reality metaverse to emphasize the basic human instincts and support a Web 3.0 experience. This includes developing virtual real estate and a product, Virtual land ($VLAND), a non-fungible token (NFT). The current state of the virtual real estate space is challenged by fluctuations in real estate prices, lack of development in land parcels, and limited v-commerce adoption. The main problems include lack of intuitive user experiences and lack of rich user experiences due to poor development of open-source applications. According to Goldman Sachs, the VR/AR industry was valued at $40.4 billion in 2020, and is expected to reach a value of $80 billion by 2025. Vault Hill plans to solve these problems and enhance the human experience.
