Varen aims to be a multi-chain DeFi hub based on Ethereum, offering multi-chain services to retail DeFi users via its DEX at varen.exchange. Modelled after a successful racing horse, Varen seeks to build a long-term sustainable ecosystem with high-quality code, an immersive user experience, and accessible information for DeFi users. Varen is a rebrand of an old memecoin, YFL, taken over by a community team and transitioned away from a DEX that failed to carve a niche. Varen is set to launch its first product, a DEX-style swap for cross-chain supported by Ren, allowing users to convert any ERC-20 to any supported native asset. The process is seamless, allowing users to swap from ERC20 to other assets, such as BTC on the BTC chain. This entire process happens in a single transaction, simplifying the experience for retail users.
