USD Open Dollar (USDO) is a multi-collateral backed stablecoin developed by OpenDAO. It scales the multi-collateral and overcollateralized approach of DAI to support a vast and growing collateral list, including both crypto and real-world assets in a permissionless manner. USDO's purpose is to maintain a stable value by backing it with a diverse range of collateral assets. This enables minters to participate in various stages of the minting lifecycle, from staking their assets to liquidity farming. The USDO ecosystem continually adds new applications, expanding its potential uses.
