Functionality
- Lending and Borrowing: Users can lend, borrow, and collateralize their ERC20 tokens in a permissionless environment. This creates a marketplace for DeFi lending and borrowing.
- Flash Loans: UniLend also offers permissionless listings for flash loans, ensuring that users have access to this feature without restrictions.
- DEX and AMM: The platform utilizes Automated Market Makers (AMMs) to eliminate the need for centralized authorities, allowing users to list tokens freely and creating liquidity in the market.
- Multi-Chain Operability: UniLend supports lending and borrowing services across multiple blockchains, including Ethereum and Matic, breaking the chain-specific nature of DeFi protocols.
UFT Token
The UFT token is UniLend's native governance token. Holders of UFT tokens can participate in voting on crucial matters related to the functioning of the protocol, such as functionally collateralization ratios and addition of new pairs. The UFT token also incentivizes liquidity providers and helps distribute governance power among participants in the ecosystem.
