UPT is often referred to as the first “mega utility token” in the crypto industry. It is designed to facilitate the creation and conversion of various digital assets within a single network, allowing users to tap into benefits such as competitive rates, discounts, and reduced code auditing fees.

Universal Protocol Alliance

The Universal Protocol Alliance is a collaborative effort among blockchain companies and pioneers, including Bittrex Global, CertiK, Fifth Era, Hard Yaka, Ledger, Trovio, Uphold, Blockchain at Berkeley, OmiseGO, and others. Their primary mission is to create a comprehensive tokenization platform that can support a wide range of digital assets and bring digital money into the mainstream.

Tokenization and Cryptocommodities

The Universal Protocol Platform enables the creation of bespoke blockchains and supports the tokenization of assets. Universal Carbon Project

Within the Universal Protocol Alliance, the Universal Carbon Project focuses on designing and launching cryptocurrencies and cryptocommodities aimed at making the world a cleaner place. This project includes the tokenized voluntary carbon credits (UPCO2) built on the Ethereum blockchain, each representing 1 year-ton of CO2 emissions averted.
