Toreus Finance is a decentralized lending market that follows the successful model of the Geist Protocol and is deployed on the KAVA EVM chain. It offers a unique 3-month vesting rewards program designed to cater to longer-term holders of the platform.

The project was initiated in late 2021 but was put on hold due to unfavorable market conditions. It was reopened in early 2023, and the platform was launched on the KAVA EVM chain in April 2023.

• Staking: Users can stake their tokens to earn a share of the protocol revenue, which includes a basket of blue-chip assets such as WBTC, WETH, USDC, USDT, and DAI.
• Providing liquidity: Token holders can also use their $TORE to provide liquidity on the partner DEX, Equilibre.
