Overview
Tokamak Network is a decentralized platform that ensures the security and scalability of Ethereum while maintaining the same level of decentralization as the Ethereum main chain. It supports high levels of scalability and extendability and allows for the easy creation of decentralized applications (DApps) designed for specific purposes.
Architecture
In Tokamak Network, each DApp operates on its own chain, known as a Plasma Chain, which is connected to the Ethereum main chain via the Tokamak Protocol. The Plasma Chains are designed to ensure the security and scalability of the network.
Tokenomics
The native utility token of Tokamak Network is Tokamak Network Token (TON). TON is used as an incentive for the correct decentralization of the Plasma Chains. When a Plasma Chain is opened, the service operator must deposit TON, which will increase if the chain operates properly. If a technical issue occurs, the deposit can be claimed by anyone who reports the problem as a reward. TON is also used to charge Stamina, which serves as the transaction fee in Plasma Chains. Stamina is recharged after a certain period and does not disappear until it is withdrawn.
