It combines the vote-escrow model from Curve and the anti-dilution mechanism from Olympus, where veTHE holders control 100% of Thena's emissions allocated to gauges and benefit from weekly rebases, reducing dilution from emissions over time.
Gauge Voting Mechanism
The gauge voting mechanism is derived from Curve Finance's vote-escrowed model, where veTHE holders vote on emissions levels during weekly epochs. Emissions are proportionate to the vote share at the end of each epoch, introducing a Bribing Marketplace where protocols can deposit bribes to secure veTHE votes for their gauges.
