The 9 Company's smart order payment platform is designed to provide convenient services such as various payments, mileage and online gift certificates. Its built-in token payment system provides a payment process 5 seconds faster than credit card payment. After being established in 2007 as CK Groove.co., Ltd, the company changed its name to THE9 Company in 2018. For the year 2023, the company plans to expand its kiosk platform to the US, Indonesia, Japan, and Thailand, as well as link its mileage system to Chinese tourist destinations, and launch a XR payment platform. In 2024, the company is aiming to have cumulative operations of 100,000 units and to expand to Eastern Europe, whilst also beginning big data analysis through kiosk operations.
