The Magic Crystal (MC) is a token used in the Tap Fantasy Metaverse for upgrading NFT assets. It is obtained by players in the play-to-earn model and is crucial for boosting the abilities of NFT skins and other NFT assets. Players can acquire MC tokens by participating in activities such as challenging bosses, and by opening miracle chests.
MC tokens are consumed in various in-game activities, such as upgrading NFT skins and runes, crafting equipment in the blacksmith, and minting NFTs. The output of Magic Crystals is rare, and their usage will expand to include upgrading NFT buildings, creating magic gems, and other functions in the future.
The MC token's supply and distribution are managed through a deflationary economic model. The total outflow of MC tokens is divided into three parts: 10% is burned, 10% goes to the team as rewards, and 80% is vested over time. The yield rate of MC tokens is affected by the token's price, which can lead to additional token issuance to maintain price stability if the current price exceeds 50% of the standard price.
