About STIMA
STIMA is an asset-backed token that allows users to monetize and transact real-world assets. This blockchain-based cryptocurrency ensures a reliable proof-of-reserves process. The value of each STIMA token is guaranteed by the assets held as collateral.
Assets and Tokenization
STIMA accepts various assets, including fine art, jewelry, wine and spirits, vehicles, watches, and collectibles. Any asset is transformed into STIMA tokens, which can be held, exchanged, or converted into other assets on the platform.
Cross-Property Sharing
STIMA offers a cross-property sharing service via blockchain. The tokens allow direct transactions between parties without the need for a third party trusted mediator. The value of each token is determined by the quantity and quality of assets placed as collateral. This provides a minimum exchange value.
Minting and Unlocking Tokens
Users can mint their own STIMA tokens by registering and uploading real-world assets. The assets are estimated by STIMA experts and the tokens are accredited to their wallets. Tokens are initially locked and can only be unlocked once the asset is delivered to an accredited vault and verified.
Platform Features
STIMA also includes AI-based appraisal tools and a secure crypto wallet. The platform simplifies buying and selling processes by eliminating steps such as negotiation, evaluation, and market accessibility. The native token is convertible into real-world assets, ensuring stability in exchange rates.
Value Standard
The Crypto Value Standard ensures that the monetary base is backed by the value of properties. This means that the minimum capitalization value of STIMA is equal to the total value of stored assets. The value of assets is determined by their insurance policy values.
