Governance

The community uses $SPORK, a token designed for incentive alignment and governance, which may potentially distribute profits from ETHDenver, Bufficorn Ventures, or the ColoradoJam Incubator to its holders.

Prongs

SporkDAO consists of three wholly owned subsidiaries or "Prongs":

1. ETHDenver, LLC: Hosts an annual #BUIDLathon.
2. ColoradoJam, LLC: A technology sandbox and incubator for exploring blockchain and Web3 technology within the state infrastructure.
3. Bufficorn Ventures, LLC: Provides grants and investments for post-hackathon and seed stage projects.

Mission

SporkDAO aims to foster long-term partnerships, cultivate fair and healthy project growth, and create more sustainable value accrual for the SporkDAO community. It seeks to reduce dependency on sponsorships for the ETHDenver event and promote environmental awareness through DEFI projects.
