The sDAI token is constantly increasing in value due to the accumulation of the yield, making it a yield-bearing representation of DAI in the DSR module.
Deposit and Withdrawal
When depositing DAI into the DSR module, users can opt-in to mint sDAI, which accrues interest and can be used for various purposes, such as borrowing USDC against it. Users can also withdraw their accrued DAI from the module, effectively converting their sDAI to DAI.
