SAFETREES Project
The SAFETREES project aims to create a free and easy-to-use solution that helps tree growers monitor, authenticate, and validate tree growth status through a mobile application. Growers can tokenize their real growing trees as TREES-NFT, which can be traded on a crypto auction platform.
Token Utility
The TREES token is a utility asset designed to offset carbon footprints. It rewards token holders and serves as a token in the SAFETREES Adoption Platform, where real trees are minted as NFTs. Users can adopt an NFT-TREE using the TREES token. Additionally, token holders earn passive rewards through a static reflection mechanism built into the smart contract algorithm.
Eco-Friendly Impact
The SAFETREES project contributes to the mitigation of climate change by building a global green eco-system through transparent forest restoration standards. It aims to create sustainable value by allowing companies to adopt verifiable trees to offset CO2 footprints and obtain carbon credits to boost their corporate social responsibility and sustainability claims.
