Sable Coin (USDS) Overview
Sablecoin (USDS) is a decentralized, USD-pegged stablecoin used primarily for paying out loans on Sable Finance, a platform offering interest-free loans. USDS can be redeemed against underlying collateral at face value at any time.
How It Works
To borrow USDS, users open a Trove and deposit BNB and Ethereum Liquid Staking Derivatives (LSD) as collateral, allowing users to borrow USDS up to a collateral ratio of 110%. Borrowers act as guarantors for any remaining debt, which is backed by a Stability Pool with USDS. Borrowing and redemption fees adjust automatically based on the frequency of redemptions to maintain the peg.

Sable Finance is notable for providing interest-free borrowing and boasts higher capital efficiency compared to other borrowing platforms.
History and Roadmap
The beta version of Sable Finance is set to be launched, offering core features such as collateral deposit, liquidation, and redemption. Following this, V2 will introduce upgraded designs, higher yield optimization, and a user-friendly interface. The V2 version will be launched on Arbitrum and BNB Chain, utilizing LSDfi as multi-collateral to cater to market needs.
Token Usage
USDS can be used to liquidate Troves. Users can provide USDS to the Stability Pool and receive liquidation gains in the form of collateral (ETH LSD and BNB).
