The real purpose of the project remains shrouded in speculation, but a leading theory suggests it is a response to ben.eth’s psyop token, launched coincidentally the day after REFUND. As Blurr remains mostly in the background, sending cryptic messages on the blockchain, the community has taken on the responsibility of running the project.
